Job summary

Jobgether seeks a Forward-Deployed AI Architect in Switzerland to lead an AI-assisted operations platform for travel disruption management. You will transform knowledge, software, and business requirements into a reliable, testable solution integrating AI with existing systems.

You'll own the technical approach from discovery to implementation and evaluation, collaborating with business experts, client tech partners, and engineers to ensure practical, maintainable, and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Applied AI or LLM-enabled workflow delivery beyond prototype to operation.
• Hands-on software engineering, solution architecture, API integration, code review.
• Translate incomplete or conflicting discovery into implementable specs and testable criteria.
• Judgment choosing between rules, retrieval-based AI, and human review with clear limits.
• Experience with evaluation datasets, regression testing, CI, and production observability.
• Establish automated quality checks and evaluate systems with operational scenarios.
• Validate technical dependencies and integration readiness before delivery estimates.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; clear documentation and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Establish reliable technical baseline by inspecting code, infra, APIs, and workflows.
• Translate discovery findings into specs, acceptance criteria, inputs/outputs.
• Prove critical integrations early; guide engineers through end-to-end workflow.
• Verify API access, permissions, event contracts, error handling, dependencies.
• Design maintainable rules; define precedence, exceptions, validation and approvals.
• Manage rule changes with versioning, historical replay, traceable approvals.
• Own engineering quality; review code, automate CI checks, tests, monitoring.
• Ensure traceability with versioned data, logs, access controls and observability.
