Qualifikationen

• Professional software development experience and focus on technical program management or delivery coordination.
• Ability to read code, write scripts, and collaborate with engineering teams; no specific language required.
• Experience automating workflows, calling APIs, integrating tools, and building reporting solutions.
• Practical experience using AI tools extensively with sound judgement on strengths and limitations.
• Experience delivering or releasing reporting for teams shipping software regularly.
• Prior experience leading engineers or a small technical team, setting priorities and providing feedback.
• Strong prioritization skills and ability to distinguish urgency from competing demands.
• Excellent written communication and proactive problem solving.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate cross-functional engineering delivery and ensure clear priorities and visibility into progress.
• Manage intake and triage for central services, DevOps, and data teams with delivery timelines.
• Maintain a consolidated view of ongoing initiatives to coordinate parallel work and protect delivery outcomes.
• Track releases and communicate what has shipped, what is rolling out, and what is blocked.
• Identify stalled initiatives, resolve bottlenecks, and proactively address issues affecting delivery.
• Lead a small team of contract engineers across central services and data, including 1:1s and performance feedback.
• Automate operational workflows by integrating systems through APIs and reducing manual status tracking.
• Develop dashboards that consolidate visibility into applications, infrastructure, data systems, and releases.
• Integrate AI tools into engineering workflows to improve productivity and decision-making.
• Oversee core delivery practices: planning, commitments, retrospectives, release ownership and accountability.
