Jobgether SRL is seeking a Senior Customer AI Engineer – Token Factory in Switzerland to bridge engineering, delivery, and customer success. You will ensure AI workloads run reliably in production and guide customers from PoC to scalable deployments.

You will optimize inference performance, collaborate with customer teams, and coordinate incident responses, driving improvements across platform and processes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with AI inference frameworks and production deployments.
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, or high-load applications.
• Familiarity with AI/ML workloads, large language models, and serving infrastructure.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the transition from PoC to production, ensuring stable deployments and scalability.
• Optimize AI workload performance, latency, throughput, and cost efficiency.
• Serve as a trusted technical partner to customer engineering teams and stakeholders.
• Coordinate production incidents and risks, communicating clearly during high-pressure situations.
• Drive continuous improvement by gathering feedback and influencing platform capabilities.
