Job summary

Partner Company in Switzerland is seeking a results-driven User Acquisition Manager to own paid strategies and drive growth for a global health and fitness business. You will manage substantial advertising budgets, scale Google Ads, and optimize performance across multiple channels.

You will work closely with Marketing to develop creatives and improve conversion rates, while shaping the overall user acquisition strategy and contributing to the company’s financial performance.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in UA or performance marketing.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage, and scale Google Ads campaigns (Search, Demand Gen, GDN).
• Manage monthly ad budgets exceeding $300,000, ensuring profitability.
• Own acquisition performance and hit target CPA, ROAS, ROI.
• Monitor campaigns and optimize using data-driven insights.
• Improve web funnels and landing pages to boost conversions.
• Identify profitable structures and audiences for scalable growth.
• Collaborate with Marketing to test and improve creatives.
• Identify new growth opportunities across campaigns and markets.
