Jobgether, in collaboration with a partner company, seeks a Traffic (User Acquisition) Team Lead based in Switzerland for a fully remote role. You will lead multi-channel growth across paid search and affiliate marketing, combining strategic ownership with hands-on execution to optimize budgets and performance across the funnel.

You will mentor PPC and Affiliate Managers, improve attribution accuracy, and explore new traffic sources while coordinating with a global team.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years in performance marketing or user acquisition.
• At least 1 year hands-on PPC management and 1 year hands-on affiliate management.
• Experience leading or managing a growth/traffic team.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop PPC and Affiliate Managers; set KPIs and testing roadmaps.
• Manage acquisition budgets and ROAS; optimize CAC and LTV.
• Oversee PPC campaign structure, bidding, targeting, and creative testing.
• Guide affiliate partnerships; negotiate favorable terms and expand sources.
• Identify and test new channels; ensure profitability and growth.
• Monitor full-funnel metrics and produce weekly performance forecasts.
• Maintain reliable tracking and attribution across GA4, Mixpanel, and affiliates.
