Safeguard Global is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth in Switzerland. You will leverage your network and industry expertise to win staff leasing business and launch a new events venture while shaping long-term partnerships with clients across hospitality, events, and staffing sectors.

The role demands a strategic, entrepreneurial mindset and strong fluency in English and French, with German a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business development or sales leadership in events or staffing.
• Proven track record in building client relationships and closing deals.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and French; German a plus.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to design new business lines.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue through staff leasing and workforce solutions in Switzerland.
• Design, launch, and scale a new events business.
• Own the client journey from opportunity to partnership.
• Collaborate with recruitment to meet client staffing needs.
• Build strategic accounts and sustainable revenue streams.
• Define go-to-market strategy for Switzerland.
