Safeguard Global seeks a Business Development Manager to drive a new growth engine in Switzerland, focusing on staff leasing, workforce solutions and an innovative events business. You will start with your network to generate revenue, while designing, launching and scaling the events venture to create long-term demand for temporary staffing in the HORECA sector.

Qualificações

• Extensive experience in the events industry.
• Proven track record in winning new business and opening doors.
• Experience building, growing or scaling event businesses or services.
• Strong knowledge of the Swiss events, hospitality and HORECA landscape.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to launch new ventures.
• Strategic thinker with ability to execute plans and deliver results.
• Consultative approach to business development and problem solving.
• Excellent relationship-building across stakeholders at all levels.
• Understanding of end-to-end events from opportunity to staffing.
• Languages: French and English; German helpful for Swiss market.

Responsabilidades

• Use your network and expertise to unlock opportunities in Switzerland and generate immediate commercial impact.
• Shape and execute a winning commercial strategy to expand Safeguard Global’s client portfolio in Switzerland.
• Identify workforce demand across hospitality, events, catering and related sectors.
• Lead meetings, proposals and negotiations with clients from opportunity to partnership.
• Translate client needs into effective workforce and event staffing solutions with recruitment teams.
• Grow strategic accounts and create sustainable revenue streams.
• Launch and scale a new events business from concept to growth.
• Define market positioning, service offering and go-to-market strategy.
• Identify opportunities across Swiss events including corporate, trade shows, hospitality, festivals, and sports.
• Create a growth model aligning events with Safeguard Global’s staffing solutions.
