Job summary

Safeguard Global is seeking a Business Development Manager to build and scale a new events business in Switzerland while driving revenue through staff leasing and workforce solutions. You will leverage your network and industry expertise to win new staff leasing engagements and shape a strategic commercial plan across hospitality, events and related sectors.

You will own the client journey from opportunity to partnership, lead negotiations, and collaborate with recruitment to ensure staffing

• Proven experience in growing events businesses or services.
• Track record of winning new business and converting opportunities into client relationships.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to build something new.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities in Swiss events, hospitality, HORECA and related sectors.
• Lead meetings, proposals and negotiations to convert opportunities into partnerships.
• Collaborate with recruitment to deliver staffing solutions for client events.
• Shape go-to-market strategy and build a scalable events business alongside staff leasing.
• Develop long-term client relationships and responsible revenue growth.
