Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in People Operations, HR operations, onboarding, or coordination.
• Experience with onboarding, HR, recruiting, or People teams.
• Experience using AI to improve efficiency in your work.
• Comfortable with multiple tools and systems (Notion, ATS).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive, ownership mindset and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Improve onboarding experience with clear, efficient processes.
• Coordinate activities supporting new joiners and onboarding journey.
• Maintain internal People resources and Notion onboarding docs.
• Handle system updates, data filtering, and reports.
• Keep People data well-organized across systems.
• Explore and implement AI to increase efficiency.
• Collaborate with People, HR, recruitment, and onboarding stakeholders.
• Own assigned processes and propose improvements.
