Jobgether SRL is seeking an HR Manager based in Switzerland for a fully remote role across Europe. You will own the complete employee lifecycle, lead full-cycle recruitment, and partner with leadership to align people strategy with business goals.

You will drive structured hiring, onboarding, payroll coordination, and employee relations in a fast-moving, distributed environment, with a strong focus on inclusion and psychological safety.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of HR experience in medium-to-large tech organisations.
• Strong full-cycle recruitment across technical and creative roles.
• Structured interviewing, technical assessments, and scorecards.
• Salary benchmarking, compensation planning, and offers.
• HR operations including contracts, payroll, leaves, and records.
• Conflict management and neutral handling of difficult conversations.
• Partner with senior leadership to shape culture and engagement.
• Comfort with AI tools to improve HR workflows.
• Experience in remote, multi-country teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment across the organisation with hiring managers.
• Plan hiring around production needs and maintain candidate pipelines.
• Build structured hiring processes, interview stages, and scorecards.
• Coach managers on interviewing and people-management practices.
• Benchmark compensation and design competitive offers.
• Own onboarding to ensure productive integration for new hires.
• Manage HR operations including contracts, payroll, and records.
• Handle terminations professionally and fairly with proper documentation.
• Act as trusted HR partner for employee concerns and culture initiatives.
• Identify unhealthy dynamics and address issues through constructive dialogue.
• Collaborate with leadership on engagement, well-being, and psychological safety.
• Contribute to remote-team rituals and cross-functional collaboration.
• Explore AI-enabled improvements to HR workflows.
