Zusammenfassung

myPOS is expanding its partner ecosystem in Switzerland and seeking a Partner Relationships Manager to own strategic partnerships, drive merchant acquisition, and grow revenue through collaborative go-to-market efforts across ISVs, SaaS platforms, and resellers.

You will manage day-to-day relationships, onboard partners, and coordinate with Marketing to deliver co-marketing campaigns and joint customer acquisition activities, in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in relationship management, business development, or strategic alliances.
• Proven experience working with technology, SaaS, platform, or reseller partners.
• Understanding of APIs, integrations, or partner-led growth models.
• Strong commercial mindset and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in an international environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical and data-driven approach to performance tracking.
• Fluent in English and applicable local language(s).

Aufgaben

• Own and develop a portfolio of strategic partners in Switzerland (ISVs, SaaS platforms, marketplaces, resellers, commerce and technology partners).
• Act as the primary commercial contact and trusted day-to-day relationship manager, building long-term relationships.
• Drive partner activation from signed agreement to sustainable commercial performance, ensuring onboarding, training and market execution.
• Identify and unlock growth opportunities across the existing partner base, including new merchant segments and channels.
• Help partners define and execute go-to-market motions for myPOS, including reseller models and joint campaigns.
• Coordinate with Marketing on co-marketing, case studies, events and lead-generation.
• Monitor local market trends, partner performance, and competitive landscape.
