Jobgether SRL is seeking an Engineering Manager - Foundations & Enablement based in Switzerland. You will lead a distributed engineering team focused on building the foundations that enable other teams to move quickly, securely, and reliably.

You will own people development, performance, and technical roadmap, while collaborating with frontend/backend engineers and Infrastructure on shared platform concerns. Remote-first environment with global collaboration.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in advanced software development including 2+ years in engineering leadership.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Comfortable leading engineers across frontend and backend with broad technical breadth.
• Hands-on understanding of scalability, reliability, observability, and security principles.

Aufgaben

• Lead and support a cross-functional engineering team focusing on delivery, people development, team performance, and continuous process improvement.
• Balance the team's technical roadmap with prioritized requests from multiple product teams, communicating priorities and trade-offs.
• Maintain and evolve engineering-wide standards covering security, tooling, CI/CD, developer experience, and shared practices.
