Zusammenfassung

Toradex, a global embedded computing leader, is seeking a Field Application Engineer to bridge Toradex with the embedded market across EMEA. You will serve as a primary technical contact during pre- and post-sales, helping customers translate requirements into Toradex solutions.

You will deliver technical demos, train partners, and collaborate with Sales, Support, Product Management and R&D to address challenges and drive product adoption. Regular travel may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in embedded systems, industrial computing, IoT, technical sales engineering, software engineering, solutions engineering, or related technical fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Proven experience in technical B2B consultative sales, customer success or technical customer support in a related industry.
• Experience providing technical product consultation and demos.
• Hands-on experience with customer support/success routines, including remote troubleshooting and consultative problem-solving.

Aufgaben

• Build and maintain a strong link between Toradex and the embedded market.
• Act as a primary technical point of contact for customers in both pre-sales and post-sales phases.
• Provide consultative support to customers while clearly highlighting Toradex value proposition and USPs.
• Develop and deliver technical demos and training sessions to help customers and partners understand Arm-based technologies and Toradex solutions.
• Represent Toradex at tradeshows, industry events and in customer meetings from a technical perspective.
