Jobgether SRL in Switzerland seeks a Conversion Copywriter & Content Lead to own high-impact copy across outbound, paid ads, landing pages, emails, LinkedIn, and content assets. You’ll blend creative writing with commercial thinking, focusing on performance with AI-assisted workflows.

You’ll adapt messaging across audiences and campaigns, maintaining founder voices while driving measurable growth and leads. Remote, full-time or fractional arrangements offered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience writing direct-response copy for B2B, SaaS, technology, or comparable businesses.
• A track record of generating measurable results through your copy and contribution to business outcomes.
• Ability to write in different voices and personalities for diverse individuals and audiences.
• Experience using AI tools in writing workflows and editing AI-generated content.
• Strong commercial and marketing instincts with understanding of why people click, reply, and convert.
• Native-level English writing skills with clarity, persuasion, and tone control.
• Ability to maintain at least 4 hours daily overlap with Lisbon time.
• Performance-focused mindset prioritizing measurable impact over purely creative work.

Responsibilities

• Own conversion-focused copy across cold emails, paid ads, landing pages, newsletters, and LinkedIn content.
• Develop messaging angles, hooks, structures, and calls to action that drive action.
• Write for different audiences and founder voices while maintaining authenticity and consistency.
• Collaborate with AI tools and creative resources to produce content efficiently with strategic direction.
• Continuously evaluate copy performance via reply, click, and conversion metrics and optimize accordingly.
• Approach tasks with a growth mindset and prioritize business outcomes over word count.
• Contribute to campaign strategy by understanding what motivates clicks and conversions.
• Own messaging quality and performance rather than deferring to designers.
