Job summary

You will craft messaging that resonates with distinct founder voices while using AI tools to boost efficiency and maintain strategic editorial control. You will drive performance with a growth mindset, measure success by replies, clicks, leads, and booked calls, and collaborate across channels to optimize

Qualifications

• Proven direct-response copy experience for B2B, SaaS, or technology.
• Native-level English writing with strong language, tone, and persuasion.
• Experience using AI tools in writing workflow and ability to edit AI output.
• Ability to write in multiple voices for different audiences and founder voices.
• Strong commercial and marketing instincts with understanding of what drives clicks, replies, conversions, and meetings.
• Willingness to overlap at least 4 hours daily with Lisbon time.

Responsibilities

• Own conversion-focused copy across cold emails, paid ads, landing pages, newsletters, emails, LinkedIn, infographics, and carousels.
• Develop messaging, hooks, structures, and calls to action to drive action.
• Write content for audiences, campaigns, and distinct founder voices with authenticity.
• Collaborate with AI tools and creative resources while guiding strategy and editorial quality.
• Measure and improve copy based on reply rates, CTR, conversions, leads, and booked calls.
• Prioritize measurable impact over word count or aesthetics.
• Contribute to campaign strategy by understanding what motivates action.
• Take ownership of messaging quality and performance.
