Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Content Lead in Switzerland to own the end-to-end content lifecycle—from ideation and scripting to filming, editing, publishing, and distribution. You’ll drive YouTube and social content, educate users, and shape GTM messaging with a fast-moving, entrepreneurial mindset.

You will collaborate with leadership, translate complex AI/3D concepts into accessible content, and build a recognizable presence across communities, tutorials, and guides for a global audience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience creating engaging content, particularly video content for digital or social platforms.
• Ability to script, record, and edit content from start to finish, including long-form tutorials and short-form videos.
• Experience managing or growing social media channels and repurposing content across platforms.
• Excellent spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate clearly to a global audience.
• Strong understanding of content strategy and aligning output with audience and business goals.
• Active interest in AI tools and emerging technologies to improve productivity and quality.
• Curiosity, initiative, and ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the content strategy and production process from concept and scripting through recording, editing, publishing, and distribution.
• Establish a consistent YouTube publishing rhythm, including long-form tutorials and short-form videos.
• Repurpose video content across Instagram, Twitter, and other relevant social channels.
• Develop written tutorials and guides to educate users and improve organic discovery via search.
• Own and grow social media channels, building a recognizable presence across platforms.
• Lead the go-to-market side of content by determining topics, audiences, and publishing timing.
• Identify emerging and viral AI, 3D, gaming trends and turn them into timely content.
• Demonstrate practical use cases for AI-powered 3D creation for gaming and 3D printing.
• Engage with the Discord community, incorporating feedback into strategy.
• Develop a strong on-camera presence and trusted voice for the product and its community.
• Collaborate with leadership to align content initiatives with growth priorities.
