grape is seeking a senior content specialist to elevate the clarity and impact of our communications. You will own a wide range of writing—from website copy to campaigns—ensuring our voice is human, accessible, and aligned with our brand in a fast-paced, hybrid Zurich environment.

You’ll balance strategic storytelling with hands‑on writing, collaborating with product, claims, and commercial teams while maintaining rigorous editing standards and a consistent tone across channels.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of experience in content, copywriting, or a similar role.
• Fully proficient in English and German, written and spoken.
• Ability to adapt writing to a brand and focus on voice.
• Strong sense for clarity, structure, and tone; simplify without dumbing down.
• Comfortable in a fast-moving environment, managing multiple projects.
• Collaborate across functions and challenge input constructively.
• High standards for craft; know when done is better than perfect.
• SaaS and SEO experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to campaign ideation not just execution. You think in ideas, not just deliverables.
• Write, edit, and refine short and long-form content from top of funnel to bottom of funnel.
• Translate complex topics into clear, human language.
• Review and challenge content across the organization to ensure it meets our standards.
• Shape narratives and value propositions, sharpen messaging, and bring clarity.
• Own how grape sounds across every touchpoint.
• Continuously improve and evolve our tone of voice, ensuring consistency.
• Help build and maintain guidelines that make communication easier.
• Coordinate with external freelance and translation agencies.
