Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a freelance Performance Creative Strategist based in Switzerland. This role blends creative thinking, copywriting, and performance marketing to develop ad concepts that capture attention and drive measurable results, turning audience insights into compelling hooks, messaging, and conversion-focused creative.

You will work closely with a designer and marketing team, translating ideas from hypothesis through production, testing, and optimization.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in performance creative strategy, ideally within Meta Ads or other paid digital advertising environments.
• Strong creative thinking and copywriting skills to develop original ad concepts that stand out in feeds.
• Portfolio demonstrating performance-oriented creative work with context and measurable results.
• Strong understanding of how creative strategy connects with audience insights, acquisition objectives, conversion, and campaign performance.
• Experience interpreting metrics such as CTR, CPA, CVR, frequency to inform creative decisions.
• Strong project-management and ability to work remotely with multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop performance-focused creative concepts, hooks, headlines, body copy, and CTAs to drive conversions.
• Translate audience insights into testable creative hypotheses and ideas.
• Own the creative and strategic direction of ad concepts and explain the insight behind them.
• Collaborate with designers to create test-ready assets.
• Create briefs or wireframes outlining message and visual hierarchy.
• Analyse campaign metrics to identify opportunities and inform testing.
