Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking aTechnical Growth Lead based in Switzerland to own the developer-led growth funnel from signup through activation to sales opportunity. You will work across Sales, RevOps, Engineering, Content, and leadership to design experiments, demos, and campaigns, and build a public shipping cadence with a data-driven mindset.

You will explore AI-native channels, measure outcomes, and reallocate resources rapidly.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of growth, demand generation, or developer marketing.
• Proven ownership of signup-to-pipeline or signup-to-revenue metrics for a developer-facing product.
• Ability to explain changes and measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Own the developer-led growth funnel from signup to sales opportunity.
• Build and maintain weekly funnel performance views and insights.
• Define high-intent lead criteria with Sales and RevOps.
