Job summary

Jobgether SRL is partnering with a Swiss-based company to hire a Compliance Officer focused on e-money and payments regulation. The role centers on managing EMI/PI authorizations, safeguarding frameworks, and ongoing compliance across Europe and the UK, with a remote-first setup and close collaboration with senior compliance leaders.

The candidate will draft governance narratives, regulatory policies, and prepare submissions, while monitoring updates to PSD2, EMD2, and related directives.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in regulatory compliance with EMI/PI experience.
• Hands-on drafting of governance and internal control narratives, policies, and safeguarding documentation.
• Engagement with national authorities such as the FCA and regulatory feedback handling.
• Experience with EMD2/PSD2 and related UK electronic money/payment regulations.
• Excellent written and spoken English, with regulator-ready drafting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead EMI authorization workstreams across EEA, coordinating documentation and control narratives.
• Coordinate FCA governance requirements, safeguarding arrangements, and AML governance artifacts.
• Develop safeguarding frameworks, fund segregation methods, reconciliation and audit evidence.
• Support PSD2 authorization and ongoing regulatory obligations.
• Prepare regulatory submissions, regulator responses, and formal correspondence.
• Maintain governance documentation and evidence for supervisory reviews and audits.
