Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a Solutions Consultant, Digital Assets based in Switzerland to help financial institutions navigate digital assets, regulatory landscapes, and related technology challenges across Europe.

This client-facing role combines consulting, regulatory expertise, and hands-on delivery of strategic engagements with autonomy and international exposure. You'll spend time with banks, CASPs, custodians, and regulators, translating complex compliance and risk topics into clearly scoped

Qualifications

• 3+ years of client-facing consulting or advisory experience in financial services.
• Experience with banks, CASPs, custodians, or regulated institutions.
• Solid knowledge of financial services regulatory frameworks; MiCA/FCA/BaFin/AMF is advantageous.
• Excellent written and spoken communication for senior stakeholders.
• Ability to manage engagements from discovery to delivery with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions to understand client workflows, regulatory obligations, and business needs.
• Document client insights in the client's terminology to inform product and commercial decisions.
• Translate discoveries into input for product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies.
• Partner with Business Development during client meetings and regulatory discussions.
• Present products to senior compliance, risk, regulatory, and executive audiences in a consultative manner.
• Define proposals with scope, deliverables, timelines, and outcomes.
• Represent the organization at industry conferences, regulator meetings across the region.
• Coordinate with international teams across Europe, North America, and Asia.
