Jobgether SRL is seeking a Solutions Consultant, Digital Assets based in Switzerland. The role focuses on helping financial institutions navigate the evolving digital asset regulatory landscape, with direct client engagement across Europe.

You will combine solution consulting with regulatory expertise, translating complex challenges into clearly scoped solutions and actionable recommendations, while contributing to product roadmaps and commercial strategy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in client-facing consulting, solutions consulting, business development, compliance, risk, or regulatory roles.
• Experience with banks, CASPs, custodians, or regulated financial institutions.
• Strong knowledge of financial services regulatory compliance and related technology.
• Excellent writing and presentation skills for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions and understand client workflows, pain points, and regulatory obligations.
• Translate client findings into actionable input for product and BD teams; shape roadmaps and go-to-market plans.
• Represent the organization in meetings with senior compliance, risk, regulatory, and executive audiences.
• Document client requirements and deliver clear proposals with scope, deliverables, and timelines.
