Jobgether SRL on behalf of a partner company is seeking a Payment Analyst in Switzerland. You will join a new Payment Operations team focused on end-to-end visibility across a complex payment funnel serving millions of active users.

You’ll investigate payment performance across more than a dozen PSPs, identifying issues before they become business-critical. You will translate complex payment and customer data into clear insights for Product, Engineering, Data Science and Fraud teams, and build

• Take diagnostic ownership of checkout and payment funnel health.
• Lead root-cause investigations into funnel drop-offs and payment declines.
• Analyze authorization rates, declines and bottlenecks across the funnel.
• Investigate performance across multiple PSPs and identify issues.
• Support funnel reporting with clear insights and recommendations.
