Job summary

Jobgether SRL seeks a Compliance Officer (Regulatory Focus) in Switzerland to shape cryptoasset regulatory strategy. You will manage Moj legal submissions, policy drafting, and risk governance across MiCA CASP and UK FCA regimes while collaborating with senior compliance and technology teams.

You will oversee regulatory submissions, develop robust frameworks, and ensure adherence to TFR, Travel Rule, and blockchain analytics controls.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in regulatory compliance, including licensing and governance for cryptoasset activities.
• Hands-on experience with MiCA/CASP, UK FCA cryptoasset registration or equivalent VASP regime.
• Proven ability to draft substantial regulatory documents and explain regulators' feedback.
• Knowledge of TFR, Travel Rule and related data handling requirements.
• Familiarity with blockchain analytics, risk assessment and evidencing controls.
• Working knowledge of DORA in CASPs, AMLD/FATF standards, sanctions and outsourcing.
• Strong English writing and speaking skills for technical regulatory communication.
• Based in Europe with at least 4 hours overlap with the European workday.

Responsibilities

• Manage the FCA cryptoasset regulatory application process, including information requests and regulatory responses.
• Lead post-authorization implementation of MiCA CASP license and evidence obligations to the national authority.
• Develop and maintain regulatory policies, governance docs, and risk assessments.
• Design and document the framework for TFR and Travel Rule across transfers and wallets.
• Establish blockchain analytics control frameworks with clear regulatory oversight.
• Coordinate with ICT on DORA documentation and cyber/operational resilience requirements.
• Conduct regulatory assessments of new cryptoassets and counterparties for compliance.
• Draft regulatory submissions and responses independently for authorities.
• Monitor legislative developments and translate requirements into actionable programs.
