Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of direct sales management experience leading channel, ecosystem, or enterprise sales teams.
• Deep understanding of cybersecurity/SaaS domains and consumption models.
• Strong understanding of Alps market and established C-level relationships.
• Proven ability to drive complex co-sell and ecosystem strategies.
• Business-fluent German and English required; French is a plus for Swiss market.

Aufgaben

• Own the regional channel quota across Switzerland and Austria; drive net-new customers and expansion via platform-led co-selling.
• Modernize partner capabilities toward MSSP, cloud consulting, and SOC transformations.
• Coach and develop a regional team of CBMs with value-based selling and career growth.
• Build joint GTM plans with regional partners, GSIs, hyperscalers, and distributors in the Alps.
• Collaborate with Enterprise District Sales, Systems Engineering, and Field Marketing for unified strategies.
• Drive weekly/monthly pipeline forecasting and telemetry-backed performance metrics.
• Represent Palo Alto Networks with the Alps partner community at events and high-stakes negotiations.
