Assetara Limited is expanding its DACH footprint and seeks a proactive B2B Telesales Specialist to drive initial client outreach from Basel. The role is 100% remote with flexible hours, offering a base salary plus uncapped commission and comprehensive fintech product training.

You will perform outbound cold calls to prospective clients, qualify leads, identify decision-makers, and schedule follow-ups for the Business Development team, while meeting daily call and meeting KPIs.

Qualifikationen

• Native or C1 German; good working knowledge of English.
• Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or B2B outbound sales.
• High resilience, excellent phone etiquette, and persuasive communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Outbound cold calling to prospective B2B clients.
• Lead qualification: identify decision-makers, assess interest, and schedule follow-ups for Business Development.
• Pipeline management: log all calls, outcomes, and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Daily targets: meet call volume and meeting-booking KPIs.
