S4M is a compact team helping founders and brands capture attention with handcrafted social content. We seek an Appointment Setter (Swiss German) to work remotely from Switzerland or Greece on a commission basis.

You will cold-call Swiss SMEs and founders, qualify leads, and book meetings with decision-makers. You’ll log conversations in our CRM, follow up inbound inquiries, and collaborate with strategy and production teams to optimize messaging and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in cold calling or outbound B2B sales.
• Confident, clear phone presence and resilience with rejection.
• Structured calling routine and CRM experience.
• Interest in social media, content and marketing.
• Self-motivation and reliability for remote work.
• Experience with founders or small businesses is a plus; no degree required.

Responsibilities

• You call Swiss SMEs and founders to introduce S4M and qualify leads.
• Book meetings with decision-makers and manage your own call lists.
• Log every conversation in our CRM and follow up on inquiries.
• Share feedback on messaging effectiveness with strategy teams.
• Collaborate with strategy and production teams to optimize outreach.
