Assetara Limited in Chur, Switzerland, is hiring a B2B Telesales Specialist to drive initial client outreach across the DACH region. You will conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, qualify leads, and schedule meetings for the Business Development team.

This role offers a base salary plus uncapped commission, remote work with flexible hours, and thorough product training to help you succeed in fintech and blockchain solutions.

Qualifikationen

• Native or C1-level German; good working knowledge of English.
• Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or B2B outbound sales.
• High resilience, excellent phone etiquette, and persuasive communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Outbound Cold Calling: Actively call prospective B2B clients and introduce Assetara’s ecosystem.
• Lead Qualification: Identify decision-makers, assess their interest, and schedule follow-up meetings for the Business Development team.
• Pipeline Management: Log all calls, outcomes, and follow-ups accurately in our CRM system.
• Daily Targets: Meet reasonable daily call volume and meeting-booking KPIs.
