Job summary

Culture Vitale is seeking an experienced commission-based B2B sales freelancer to grow corporate partnerships across Europe. You will acquire and manage key accounts, secure bookings, and drive repeat business with HR, L&D, and leadership teams.

Based remotely with independence, you will receive ongoing commissions and potential future retainers or salaried arrangements. The role emphasizes flexibility, brand support, and frontier expansion into new markets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in corporate services, HR/L&D, or events.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and engage corporate decision-makers across Europe (CXO, HR, L&D, leadership).
• Introduce and sell Culture Vitale’s Sessions of Vitality.
• Convert conversations into confirmed bookings and contracts.
• Nurture repeat business and long-term client relationships.
• Act as the primary market-facing commercial lead in your region.
