Quadrum SA in Lausanne seeks an Application Technical Support specialist to provide technical support for Quadrum applications. You will be the primary contact for users and help resolve their technical issues while contributing to process improvements.

The role offers a mostly remote work arrangement with occasional on-site client visits; 100% workload, immediate start, permanent contract.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on experience with Docker (compose), Linux and SQL.
• Proven technical support experience with strong troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of Keycloak, Kubernetes and SQL Server is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Act as the primary point of contact for technical support requests and follow up on cases until resolution.
• Assist technical users with software installation, configuration, maintenance, and manage client upgrades and migrations.
• Report identified issues to the development team with detailed analysis data and contribute to technical documentation.
• Identify and propose improvements to existing support processes.
