Jobgether is seeking a Staff-level Product Designer for AI-native workplace experiences in Switzerland. You will lead design across AI conversations, autonomous workflows, and user interactions, partnering with Product and Engineering to shape strategy and execution.

In this role, you will own major initiatives, validate concepts through rapid prototyping, and drive design quality and consistency while ensuring enterprise-grade reliability and trust in AI outputs.
