AItoolnavio, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Language Alignment & Resource Partner – Freelance AI Trainer. This remote role is based in Switzerland and concentrates on improving AI-generated content for linguistic accuracy and cultural relevance.

You'll review, annotate, and validate outputs, turning feedback into practical educational resources. The work is project-based, independent, and suitable for detail-oriented language professionals with strong documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Background in linguistics or related field.
• Experience in human data evaluation or data annotation.
• Verifiable English proficiency at C1 or C2 level.
• Native-level proficiency in target language with strong grammar and culture sense.

Responsibilities

• Review, annotate, and test AI-generated content for grammar, naturalness, clarity, and cultural relevance.
• Evaluate outputs against quality standards and project requirements.
• Identify subtle linguistic issues and awkward phrasing.
• Act as quality checkpoint during production to maintain standards.
• Analyze trends to improve AI data tasks.
• Turn feedback into actionable educational resources and docs.
• Provide native-language vetting as projects scale.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to align outputs with campaigns.
