Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in German Translation, Linguistics, Localization, Communications or related field.
• Native or near-native German with strong Germany locale conventions.
• Minimum C1 English proficiency (reading/writing).
• 5+ years localization/translation experience.
• MQM/LQA concepts experience for quality decisions.
• Proficiency with CAT tools and QA workflows.
• Excellent editorial judgment with attention to detail.
• Ability to fact-check localization with reliable sources.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI Training Content: create prompts and responses for AI learning.
• Optimize AI Performance: evaluate and rank AI responses for accuracy and relevance.
• Ensure Model Integrity: test models for inaccuracies or biases and validate reliability.
