You will design realistic customer service scenarios in German, evaluate AI responses, and generate structured feedback to support model improvements. Basic programming familiarity and a reliable setup are required.

Qualifications

• Native or bilingual proficiency in German.
• Experience in complex customer support, technical troubleshooting, or AI evaluation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal communication for realistic role-plays.
• Basic programming literacy, including JSON structures.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions.
• Access to a high-quality microphone and a secure computer with reliable internet for remote work.

Responsibilities

• Create and run realistic role-play scenarios across travel, financial services, telecommunications, and technical support.
• Evaluate AI-generated audio interactions using standardized qualitative and quantitative criteria.
• Assess model understanding of JSON structures and structured data.
• Identify weaknesses in conversational accuracy, clarity, reasoning, and adherence to task requirements.
• Generate diverse evaluation datasets reflecting real customer expectations and natural conversational flow.
• Follow prompts, rubrics, and technical guidelines to ensure reliable results.
• Deliver accurate assessments and structured feedback autonomously.
