AItoolnavio, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a German Audio Evaluations Specialist – Freelance AI Trainer Project, remotely in Switzerland. You will design evaluation scenarios and assess AI responses to ensure natural, accurate conversations across travel, financial services, and tech support.

Qualifications

• Native or bilingual proficiency in German with strong reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills.
• Demonstrable professional experience in complex customer support, technical troubleshooting, or conversational AI evaluation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with objective response assessment.
• Excellent verbal communication and ability to conduct realistic customer service role-plays.
• Basic programming literacy, including familiarity with JSON structures, functions, methods, and simple logical concepts.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions and rubrics.
• Access to a high-quality microphone for clear audio input and a secure computer with high-speed internet.

Responsibilities

• Design and conduct realistic evaluation scenarios for AI in travel, financial services, telecommunications, and technical support.
• Assess AI-generated audio interactions using qualitative and quantitative criteria focusing on task completion and naturalness.
• Evaluate the model’s ability to understand JSON structures, functions, and methods.
• Identify weaknesses in conversational accuracy, clarity, and adherence to tasks.
• Generate diverse, high-quality evaluation datasets reflecting real-world expectations.
• Follow prompts, rubrics, and guidelines to ensure reliable results.
• Deliver accurate assessments and structured feedback to improve AI performance.
