Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Language Alignment & Resource Partner — Freelance AI Trainer Project, remotely in Switzerland. You will review, annotate, and validate AI outputs to ensure linguistic accuracy, naturalness, and cultural relevance, using your native language expertise.

You will transform feedback into educational resources, identify recurring quality trends, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve AI task outputs.

Qualifications

• Professional or educational experience in linguistics, education, or a field requiring linguistic attention to detail.
• Hands-on experience in human data evaluation or data annotation.
• English proficiency at C1 or C2 level.
• Native-level proficiency in the target language with strong grammar and cultural nuance.
• Analytical skills to identify subtle linguistic issues.
• Strong writing and documentation abilities.
• Independent, systematic approach to reviewing language data.

Responsibilities

• Review, annotate, and test AI-generated content for grammatical accuracy, naturalness, clarity, and cultural relevance.
• Evaluate language outputs against established quality standards and project-specific requirements.
• Identify and correct subtle linguistic errors and cultural inconsistencies in the language.
• Act as a quality checkpoint during production to prevent recurring language issues.
• Analyze quality trends and recurring errors to identify opportunities for improvement across AI data tasks.
• Turn feedback into structured, actionable educational resources and documentation.
• Provide specialized linguistic consultation and native-language vetting as projects scale.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to align outputs with campaign expectations.
