Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, 5+ years HR experience (including operations), leadership background, and strong knowledge of HR ERP systems.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years HR experience including operations and administration.
• Previous leadership experience managing HR teams.
• Experience across multiple regions is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of HR ERP systems.
• Fluent in English; other languages a plus.

• Execute and maintain Group HR policies across regions.
• Monitor compliance with regional HR policies and regulations.
• Manage a small team of Regional HR Business Leads.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior leadership and C-level roles.

• Coordinate group-wide training administration and compliance learning.
• Prepare HR reports and management metrics.
• Support HR audits and ensure policy compliance.
• Counsel senior team members about HR matters.
• Manage recruitment, selection and placement for the assigned territory.
