Zusammenfassung

TalentCloud Group, on behalf of a Swiss production company, is seeking an HR professional to take full ownership of on-site HR operations at a key Swiss site. You will work with real autonomy, shape the on-site culture, and ensure compliance in a highly regulated environment.

You will lead recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, employee relations, and documentation, while advising managers on Swiss employment law and best practices in regulated production.

Qualifikationen

• At least 3 years of experience as the sole HR professional at a production, agriculture, or manufacturing site in Switzerland.

Aufgaben

• Lead all HR activities at the production facility: recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, and compliance.
• Advise managers and employees on HR policies, Swiss employment law, and best practices in regulated production environments.
• Maintain accurate HR documentation and personnel records in line with Swiss labor law.
• Drive initiatives that strengthen engagement, culture, health, safety, and well‑being.
• Coordinate training, skills development, and continuous learning.
• Support performance management, feedback cycles, and appraisals.
• Act as the primary on‑site contact for all HR‑related matters.

What You Bring

• At least 3 year of experience as the sole HR professional at a production, agriculture, or manufacturing site in Switzerland
• Fluency in German and English is required
• Strong knowledge of Swiss employment law, industrial relations, and workplace safety
• A hands‑on, solution‑oriented mindset with the ability to manage diverse tasks independently

Nice to Have

• HRSE certification or HR Fachfrau/Fachmann diploma
• Experience in regulated industries such as FMCG, or pharmaceuticals
