Zusammenfassung

adesso Schweiz AG in Lugano is seeking a committed HR Generalist / HR Business Partner (60–80%) starting 1 October 2026 or by agreement. You will run Swiss HR administration, payroll processes, social insurance and HR controlling, while advising employees and Team Leads.

You will collaborate with the Senior HRBP and the decentralised HR team to strengthen HR presence for our Lugano staff and contribute to international growth.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of professional experience in Swiss HR and a Swiss HR qualification are essential.
• Education should include a Swiss HR qualification (e.g., HR Assistant or HR Specialist).
• Excellent command of Italian, fluent English and good German.
• Several years of HR administration and payroll experience, with knowledge of Swiss employment law, social insurance, payroll and withholding taxes.
• Strong numerical acumen and analytical, accurate, detail‑oriented work style.
• Experience with HR controlling, payroll data, reports and spreadsheets.
• Good advisory and communication skills with personal responsibility.
• MS Office skills; Abacus ERP knowledge is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Manage operational employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Independently handle Lugano payroll processing, including taxes and social insurance.
• Advise and assist employees and Team Leads on HR matters; support HR controlling with data and reports.
• Collaborate with Recruiting on onboarding transitions.
• Contribute to HR roadmap, projects and process optimization.
• Provide training on HR processes and tools; ensure knowledge transfer.
