Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years HR experience including HR operations and administration.
• Leadership experience managing HR teams.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

• Execute and maintain Group HR policies across multiple regions.
• Monitor compliance with regional HR policies and employment regulations.
• Manage and develop a small team of Regional HR Business Leads.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior leadership and C-level positions.
• Oversee Group HR ERP system, ensuring data accuracy and efficiency.
• Coordinate group-wide training administration and compliance learning.
• Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and management metrics.
• Support HR audits and ensure compliance with policies and legal requirements.
• Counsel senior team members about HR-related matters.
• Manage recruitment, selection and placement for the assigned territory.
• Process and approve vacation leave benefits including air ticket and salary entitlement.
• Oversee office facilities and administrative requirements.
• Deliver disciplinary actions and corrective measures per corporate procedures.
• Manage performance appraisals and employee relations.
• Ensure timely delivery of HR and administrative services.
