Spineart is seeking a Quality System and RA Associate - Quality Assistant to support our Quality System and Regulatory Affairs team in Switzerland. The role focuses on labeling, data integration, and QMS documentation to ensure traceability and compliance.

You will collaborate across departments, manage data with IT tools, and maintain robust organizational standards. Fluency in English and meticulous attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Several years of professional experience in a quality environment, ideally in medical devices or healthcare.
• Strong IT skills and data management capabilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities in cross-functional teams.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for creating labels as well as coordinating and validating them with relevant stakeholders.
• Participates in data preparation, processing, and integration into computerized systems and their administration.
• Contributes to writing, updating, and electronic management of QMS documents.
• Acts as a participant and supervisor in managing quality workflows; provides support to QA/RA team in projects.

Quality System and RA Associate - Quality Assistant

Mission:

• Responsible for creating labels as well as coordinating and validating them with the relevant stakeholders.
• Participates in the preparation, processing, and integration of data into computerised systems, as well as their administration.
• Contributes to the writing, updating, and electronic management of Quality Management System (QMS) documents.
• Acts as a participant and supervisor in managing quality workflows.Provides support to the Quality System and Regulatory Affairs team in project execution and activity monitoring.
