Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a proactive Enablement Manager for the Public Sector, based in Switzerland, with a fully remote setup. You will equip sales teams with onboarding, training, playbooks, and resources to engage government customers, translating leadership priorities into repeatable programs to accelerate seller readiness and improve deal quality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales enablement or Public Sector sales.
• Experience selling to federal, state, or local government.
• Strong content development and training delivery skills.
• Proficiency with procurement processes and multithreading.
• Experience with Dock, Salesforce, Gong or similar tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Data-driven with ability to measure program effectiveness.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Marketing, and Sales leadership.
• Adaptability and ownership in a fast-growth environment.
• AI fluency for accelerating workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve onboarding programs for Public Sector sellers to accelerate readiness.
• Maintain and update sales playbooks, content, and procurement guidance.
• Deliver sector-specific training and micro-enablement resources within tight timelines.
• Strengthen sales execution through qualification standards, planning, and stakeholder engagement.
• Maintain an organized content hub and drive adoption above 90%.
• Measure onboarding progress, content adoption, and early-funnel performance.
• Collaborate across Product, Product Marketing, and Sales Leadership on messaging.
• Respond quickly to feedback and continuously improve enablement resources.
