Jobgether is seeking a Deployment Strategist for the Public Sector in a fully distributed environment across Europe. You will own post-sale customer experience for a portfolio of EMEA public sector customers, driving onboarding, AI-powered workflows, and measurable outcomes.

You will collaborate with commercial, product, and technical teams to support renewals, improve satisfaction, and influence product development in a high-ownership role.

Formación

• 5+ years in Customer Success or deployment strategy with proven adoption/retention accountability (GRR, NRR).
• Experience in law enforcement/public sector, cybersecurity, national security, financial crime, or blockchain intelligence.
• Ability to build credibility with investigators and senior public sector stakeholders.
• Proven track record designing AI-powered workflows in production environments.
• Strong understanding of AI tools, automation, and data-driven processes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead onboarding and activation for a portfolio of public sector customers in EMEA.
• Define success criteria and adoption benchmarks with measurable usage.
• Design AI workflows integrating tools like ChurnZero, Salesforce and Gong.
• Monitor account health and renewals to improve retention and value.
• Develop new use cases with investigators and analysts for greater adoption.
• Lead QBRs and executive meetings with senior government stakeholders.
• Support renewals and expansions with adoption evidence and value demos.
• Provide feedback loops to Product for feature requests and use cases.
