International Organisation is seeking a PMO-focused professional for a 9-month temporary assignment. You will support governance, process optimization, and performance reporting across multiple functions, coordinating with stakeholders and management teams to deliver actionable insights.

You will help design KPI frameworks, develop dashboards, and provide analytical support to drive operational efficiency in a complex, matrix, international environment.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in PMO, consulting, transformation, operational excellence, governance-related roles.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience producing dashboards, KPIs, management reporting, and decision-support materials.

Aufgaben

• Support review, documentation, and optimization of key business processes across functions.
• Coordinate governance activities, monitor actions and deadlines, ensure stakeholder engagement.
• Produce process documentation, recommendations, and implementation plans to improve efficiency.
• Provide ad hoc analytical and project support to management teams.
• Design and coordinate KPI collection, consolidation, and reporting processes.
• Develop management reporting materials, dashboards, and insights for decisions.
