Digital Solutions SA is seeking a PMO (M/F) for a permanent contract to join our Geneva-based team. You will govern portfolio steering, consolidate cost, schedule and risk tracking, and equip project teams with tools like Hermes, Scrum, ServiceNow, and MS Project.

Based in the Canton of Geneva, the role demands a 100% workload and at least 3 years in PM or portfolio steering, with fluency in French and English. CDI position with Swiss IT integration focus.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in project management or portfolio steering.
• Proficient with traditional and agile methods (HERMES, Scrum).
• Strong financial and operational planning skills.
• Experience with collaboration tools and PM platforms such as ServiceNow or MS Project.

Aufgaben

• Define, structure and enforce portfolio, demand and resource management processes.
• Provide consolidated tracking of costs, schedules, risks and performance indicators.
• Provide methodological and operational support to project teams and run training.
• Ensure smooth cross-functional communication and governance meeting preparation.
