Avaloq Group in Bioggio, Switzerland, invites an experienced Project Manager to join our PMO & Governance team on a 12-month fixed term contract. You will oversee an implementation program, ensure reporting quality, manage budgeting and resources, and collaborate with Legal, Procurement, Finance and Controlling across international delivery teams.

The role demands strong stakeholder management, cross-functional leadership, and a proactive mindset to drive continuous improvement in delivery

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, PMO, Portfolio Management, or similar coordination in a complex IT environment.
• Experience in banking and financial services sector.
• Strong analytical, financial, and organizational skills with forecasting, controlling, reporting and resource management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with senior leadership.
• Experience in international and cross-functional environments.

Aufgaben

• Support governance and management of an Implementation program with reporting on scope, progress, financials, risks, issues, and resources.
• Manage demand and supply planning: allocation, capacity, utilization, onboarding of external resources.
• Coordinate project and portfolio activities across teams and locations to align with objectives.
• Prepare and deliver management presentations, dashboards, and executive communications.
• Provide efficient, detail-oriented support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and controlling processes.
• Collaborate with Legal, Procurement, Finance and Controlling teams.
• Support onboarding of new team members.
• Drive continuous improvement of PM frameworks and reporting standards.
