Fides Treasury Services in Zürich is seeking an IT Project Manager & PMO Specialist responsible for planning, coordinating, monitoring, and delivering IT projects across the organization. Qualifikationen

• Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in IT Project Management and/or PMO functions.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex IT projects
• Experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructures, applications, integrations, and operational environments
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, or similar
• Knowledge of project management frameworks such as PMI, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or SAFe

The IT Project Manager & PMO Specialist is responsible for planning, coordinating, monitoring, and successfully delivering IT projects across the organization. The role ensures transparency, governance, and alignment of project activities with business objectives while maintaining a consolidated overview of the project portfolio.

As a central point of coordination, the position provides management with accurate project reporting, risk visibility, resource planning, and portfolio insights. The role combines hands‑on project management with PMO responsibilities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, within budget, and according to quality expectations.

Professional Requirements:
