D ONE, a premium data, AI, and transformation consultancy with a Zurich base, seeks an HR Manager / People Operations Lead. You will own HR operations in Switzerland and coordinate with Germany and Greece.

Responsibilities span payroll, contracts, recruiting, development, and legal advisory while collaborating with external payroll and legal partners. You will drive onboarding, retention, and employee lifecycle processes, delivering pragmatic HR support across three countries and maintaining a

Qualifications

Empathy and strong interpersonal skills to support employees and managers.
Clear, appreciative communication, including in difficult conversations.
Discretion and pragmatism in handling sensitive HR matters.
Hands-on, structured, and reliable approach to day-to-day HR operations.
Fluent German and English for cross-border coordination and messaging.

Responsibilities

Payroll and year-end: monthly payroll, social insurance, and year-end reconciliations.
Contracts, master data, and certificates; maintain personnel records and work permits.
End-to-end recruiting and onboarding; partner with hiring managers for assessment and selection.
Absence and case management; support retention and conflict resolution.
Advice on employment law, retention, and personnel metrics; keep processes lean.
