Liip, a Swiss digital agency with four locations, seeks an HR Specialist to join the People Experience Team. You will be the first point of contact for Liip employees in Zurich and St. Gallen and own the full employee journey for 50+ people. You’ll balance on-site HR duties with strategic initiatives and be exposed to responsible AI in HR.

You speak German and English fluently and thrive in a self-organised, agile environment, collaborating across locations while delivering day-to-day HR support.

• Experience across the employee journey.
• Enjoys self-organised, agile work environment.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Interest in responsible use of AI in HR.

Mansioni

• First point of contact for Liip employees in Zurich and St. Gallen.
• Own the full employee journey for 50+ people.
• Occasionally recruit up to 3 positions in parallel.
• Work on-site in Zurich to build direct contact.
• Contribute to HR projects and day-to-day operations.
