Qualifikationen

• Advanced university degree in human resources, public or business administration or management, law, social or human sciences or related fields.
• Experience in leading change-related projects or programmes and/or implementing organizational transformation.
• Excellent judgment, decision-making and analytical skills.

Aufgaben

• Provide guidance to senior management on HR matters and promote a values-based workplace culture.
• Lead the development and implementation of UNESCO’s HR Strategy and policies.
• Design and implement an integrated talent management framework across workforce planning, recruitment, learning and development, and performance management.
• Lead a team of HR professionals, manage the Bureau's work programme and budget, and foster collaboration.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and represent UNESCO in HR forums.
